Stop Your Visitors From Clicking Away From Your Home Business Blog

by Lian Vaiphei

Do you have a home business blog that gets plenty of visitors but with little or no conversion?

There may be something important missing on your blog because of which your visitors are clicking out of your website even faster than they came in.

One common reason for people to click away from a website is that they don’t find the website to be pleasant enough for the eyes. You can prevent this by adding pictures on your blog.

A blog that is full of wall to wall text without a single image to relieve the eye strain will be a big turn off for many surfers. Your blog may have a great content but it would virtually be useless if people click away from it without doing what you want them to do.

Once someone has been attracted to your post by a compelling blog picture, it is much more likely that he or she will stop to read, or at least skim your post.

So, what kind of images should you add to your home business blogs to enhance their visibility? It depends, of course, on what you are topics you are discussing in a particular blog post.

If you want to discuss an affiliate product then you will definitely want to make the extra effort to include a product image. For eBook review, an image of the book cover will greatly enhance the impact of the review.

Nowadays, widgets are very popular. Widgets show details about a person or his recent actions and people would always like to know what you are doing. Adding widgets on your blog is another excellent way to keep your visitors to stay longer on your website.

You can also add your own pictures on your blog. This will help you to brand yourself as an expert in your field.

There are definitely unlimited numbers of things you can do to make your home business blog more appealing. Adding a blog picture on your post is one of them.

Hi,

Thank you for your excellent advice on this matter. It is very true that you have to keep peoples interest once they arrive at your site.

There is so much competition out there that you have to be different and make the visit interesting.

thank you for sharing,

Mal.

Hi Lian,
I have learned from the other idea that the colors of your site or blog also makes visitors stay longer or just goes away just a few seconds after coming to your site/blog. I have not put my picture on my site yet. Good advice.

Thanks
Kha
