How To Get Yahoo To Link Back To Your Home Business Site

Yahoo Answers is a another good way to build back links to your home business website. People go to the Internet looking for information. When they type in their questions in the search box in Google, Yahoo or Bing, most of the time it is answers from yahoo that shows as the result.

I often visit yahoo.com to create some free backlinks to my website. This is what I do to get Yahoo to link back to my home business site.

First I would look for unresolved questions related to my business subject which is work from home programs. If I found a question that is relevant to my niche I try to provide useful info or solutions to the question. This way I would be able to build trust and credibility with others. Most of the time people click through my link giving me targeted website visitors. That is if I provide useful information.

Yahoo Answers is also a nice way to generate website traffic. This is how I do:

I look out for unresolved questions in Yahoo Answers on subjects related to my business. I then do a little research about the question and try to find answers from the internet or from my own experiences.

Then I wait for a few hours before answering the question. I do this to allow others to respond to it first. This will give me more ideas about the subject (just in case). Once I see someone has put up an answer to it, I add my own answers to the question with my website url as the source of information (very important).

Once this is done, I wait for a few days or even weeks depending on the time period set by the person for others answer his question.
Once I see that the question is open for voting, I login to my yahoo account and vote my answer as the best answer.

Normally others who find my answers to be genuine and informative also vote for me. According to rule in Yahoo the answer that gets the maximum votes is chosen as the best answer.
Once the voting session is over, I login back to my account to check if my answer has been selected as the best answer. If it is true, I bookmark my answers (which has my website link in the source box) to various social networking sites using Onlywire.com.

This way I get backlinks to my website from yahoo and indirect backlinks as support from the social networking sites.
